The AC blower motor in your Porsche is a direct current electrical motor attached to a squirrel cage fan blade to blow air through the dash, floor, defrost, and rear passenger vents. The AC blower motor is usually found behind the dash, but vehicles with rear AC may have a separate AC blower motor in the rear or in the center console.
